International Youth Work

At Culture Clash4U, our commitment to youth development extends far beyond the Netherlands. We are actively engaged in international youth work, creating opportunities for young people to connect, learn, and grow on a global stage. Through partnerships, collaborations, and funding from programs such as Erasmus+ and other European initiatives, we bring together diverse groups to tackle important issues and inspire change.

Focus Areas

Our international projects address a variety of pressing topics, including:

Inclusion and Diversity: Promoting equity, representation, and mutual respect across cultures and communities.

Our International Activities

We offer a range of immersive and educational activities to help participants develop skills, build relationships, and explore new perspectives:

Youth Exchanges: These programs provide young people (aged 15-30) with the chance to meet peers from other countries, share experiences, and work together on meaningful projects in a fun and interactive environment.
Training Courses: Tailored for youth workers, educators, and changemakers, these courses equip participants with tools and methodologies to better support youth development in their communities.
Study Visits: These trips allow participants to visit other countries, explore best practices in youth work, and gain inspiration from successful initiatives.

Our programs are open to:

Young People Aged 18-30: If you’re passionate about exploring new cultures, learning new skills, and making a difference, we have opportunities tailored for you.
Youth Workers and Changemakers: There’s no age limit for those working with or supporting youth. If you’re interested in expanding your knowledge and network, our programs are a great fit.
