CC4U Experiences

Ania

Culture Clash 4U has changed my life. It has created a clear before and after in both my personal and professional life, giving me opportunities to live experiences I hadn’t even had time to dream of. The human quality that makes up the association is something I have never seen before. I have felt loved, supported, and embraced, and above all the emotions I can think of, the one that predominates is true, pure happiness. I can’t wait to see how Culture Clash 4U keeps growing and making magic out of people.

European projects and youth exchanges are already unique and unforgettable experiences, but Culture Clash 4U takes them to another level. They manage to create connections that I’m sure last a lifetime. Among all my experiences with European exchanges (and there have been quite a few), I can confidently say that those with Culture Clash have been the most special.

Sofi

Culture Clash 4U gave me some of the best memories I will always hold forever. I never imagined that European projects and youth exchanges could have such deep impact on my life. Through these exchanges, I discovered new aspects of myself and found a wonderful group of international friends I can always rely on. Culture Clash 4U truly knows how to create an environment where everyone feels confident and comfortable. They’ve been one of my greatest discoveries.

Claudia

This drama in youthwork training course was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, I was able to work on my creativity and mix it with others, I learnt a lot about the topic thanks to the trainers and people involved and also I learnt about myself, made amazing friends from other countries and took home amazing and irreplaceable moments and memories.

Dio

My name is Dio, I’m from Greece and my first project with Culture Clash 4u was back in 2018. It was my best project ever until the next one with this organisation. Since then I know that these projects are going to be awesome. Personally I have been to 8 projects of this organisation and every single one of them is a new lesson for all the people.

Yasir, the president of Culture Clash 4u, has been a very good friend of mine and he’s an amazing person. He writes projects with unique topics as mythology, life after death and in general topics that you cannot find easily. He facilitates the project in ways you never get bored and most of the times the people there feel each other like family, since they keep in touch and meet in other projects or visit each others’ counties. He does his job in such a professional way, so he positively influenced me and my friends and we created a sister organisation with him, named Culture Clash Greece. The cooperation has been amazing!

CC4u is an exceptional organisation, truly engaged to each separate project, caring about its growing members, always there to solve issues and make sure that the community is supported.

Participants feel valued and understood, which fosters strong connections and sense of belonging.

The nature of the projects is so unique, because each individual program has its own purpose with special themes and creative challenges that drive the participants to want to overcome themselves, while attending inspiring workshops and meetings, at gorgeous locations with the company of other great people.

Specifically participating in the Erasmus plus “Let’s Go Deeper” program has been an eye opening experience for sure. It provided a safe and inclusive space to explore complex topics surrounding human relationships, sexualities, genders and so much more, in a thoughtful and respectful way. The program -through remarkably imaginative workshops, encouraging meaningful dialogues and amazing guests- helped me gain new perspectives on the diverse experiences people face.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to engage in such important, captivating, intriguing conversations and learn from a community of open minded -carefully chosen as good fits for a great group dynamic- individuals.

It was an understanding and a judgment free zone where everyone could express their thoughts without fear. The facilitators played a big role for that, as they created an atmosphere of trust and empathy, allowing us to dive into deep discussions and expressing ourselves. This experience has left an indelible mark on my self discovery journey and it was especially heartwarming seeing us building impactful friendships, thriving, sharing our stories, learning from one another while also getting loose and having fun!

I’m impressed with the trustworthiness, professionalism and commitment of the Cc4u team, as they also champion inclusivity, embracement and emphasise empowerment so the individuals can connect and grow. They ensure that every interaction is meaningful while cultivating an amazing community. I’m looking forward to participate in more projects of the Cc4u organisation!

CC4U is not just any organization, but the one that leaves a mark. The number of youth workers in today’s society is large but their unique creative approach to relevant and often sensitive topics truly makes them stand out from the crowd. Besides, the exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and impressive facilitation are the characteristics that are closely related to their projects.

To be able to work with youth, one needs to understand their needs and expectations which is what CC4U does on a deeper and more meaningful level than any other organization I crossed paths with. Sometimes, it is not enough just to experience but also to feel and those feelings are what makes their experiences life changing for many.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing firsthand the incredible work that Cultural Clash 4U does, and I wanted to share my thoughts.

As an active participant of Erasmus plus projects and since I’ve known a lot of organisations, I cannot skip the opportunity not to mention a lot of positive things about CC4U.

What stands out the most is the creativity and passion that Yasir brings to every project. I can easily say that CC4U isn’t just an organisation, is actually a reflection of fresh ideas and a real desire to make a difference for young people. My most favourite thing? The fact that every project feels well thought out and carefully planned, which makes a huge difference in how much impact it has. It’s inspiring to see how much effort is put into every project. I’m really grateful that I had the change to participate in CC4U projects, since one of them was also a life changing project for me, and I’m beyond excited to see how many things they’ll achieve in the future!

CC4U gave me opportunities beyond what I could have imagined, let alone been a part of. I learned so much through its projects and events and met amazing, diverse people that I otherwise never would have. It sparked the best of human creativity, empathy, and knowledge and gave me, as a participant, a chance to not only discover the best within myself but also in others.

Through the projects organized by CC4U, I practiced improvisation, teamwork, and creative and critical thinking, all while traveling to beautiful locations that brought magic of their own into everything we did and learned.

It’s been several years since I have been on my first project with them, The youth exchange “Troy” in Aegina Island. Many projects and experiences later I can’t help but fondly smile remembering every adventure I shared with Yasir and the incredible people who came to his projects and events. These are memories I will cherish for a lifetime!

Luka

Going to the first project organized by CC4U, and meeting Yasir changed how I view projects, what they can offer for young people, and how they can be organized educationally, while never missing the social aspect, and the fun of all those people from different countries, different nationalities coming together, sharing their unique stories.

Not long after I started my own NGO, facilitated multiple projects, and engaged in several other trainings that shaped me into the person I am today. Looking back, some of my most precious memories have been created while engaging in youth work in one way or another. Even though I’m also looking at other avenues in life, CC4U will surely be a part of a continuous journey into the unknown of life, with cool people that make it that much better along the way.
