At Culture Clash4U, we have a robust and inclusive organizational structure designed to support impactful cultural exchange and youth development initiatives. Here’s how we are organized:

Governing Board

The Governing Board provides strategic oversight, ensuring that Culture Clash4U stays true to its mission and vision. It consists of three key members:

  • President: Offers strategic leadership and overall governance.
  • Treasurer: Oversees financial management and ensures organizational sustainability.
  • Secretary: Maintains organizational records, coordinates board meetings, and facilitates communication.

Executive Committee

The Governing Board provides strategic oversight, ensuring that Culture Clash4U stays true to its mission and vision. It consists of three key members:

  • Two Project Coordinators: Manage and oversee our diverse range of cultural and youth projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and achieve their intended impact.
  • Administrator: Handles organizational logistics, administrative tasks, and internal communications to keep operations running smoothly.

International Board

To maintain a global perspective, we have an International Board comprising members from our sister organizations across Europe and the Dutch Caribbean. These representatives provide invaluable insights and collaboration opportunities from:

  • Romania
  • Croatia
  • Barcelona (Spain)

  • Greece

  • The Dutch Caribbean

This board ensures that Culture Clash4U’s initiatives remain globally relevant and culturally enriching.

Volunteer Pool

Our pool of 75 volunteers is the lifeblood of Culture Clash4U. These passionate individuals bring creativity, energy, and dedication to our projects, making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. This dynamic structure empowers Culture Clash4U to remain innovative, effective, and inclusive in our mission to build cultural bridges and empower youth worldwide.
